The hotel has an unbeatable location close to the town center and a beautiful park. You also have easy access to the lake shore. Despite some reviews mentioning outdated decor, our room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The friendly staff provided excellent service and a good breakfast to start the day. we had some discounts with the Ticino pass, which was an added bonus.
One downside to note is that some guests have raised concerns over the interior design being a tad dated.

The hotel is located in a prime location close to the town centre and the lake shore—making it the ideal base for exploring the town. The breakfast that was included in the room rate was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. we enjoyed the free transport Ticino pass that gave us access to unlimited public transport and discounts on other activities around the area.
This hotel is showing its age and could use a refresh, particularly in the interior. the prices are quite high for the conditions offered, and the facilities feel a bit outdated.
